The Pampered Pet was created in spring of 2006, a year after Paula and Jess purchased their first small dogs; a long-haired female chihuahua named Ella, and a smooth coat male chihuahua named Champ.
The unconditional love and affection these two little fur-babies showered on the family, inspired Paula to start a boutique of her own, knowing there are many others that adore their pets and want nothing but the best for them.
With much support from her family, and her mother Nancy's incredible talents with knitting, sewing & crocheting, the leap of faith was taken and The Pampered Pet was born.

The Pampered Pet offers the following Returns Policy:
If for any reason you are displeased with your purchase from The Pampered Pet, simply return the item(s) to us unused, unwashed, and resellable, along with the sales receipt, within 30 days after receipt for a full refund or exchange on an item (s) of equal value. Custom items, personalized items, and perishable items are non-returnable. If the item is deemed un-resellable, we can not accept the return.
Due to health regulations, no returns can be accepted on carriers and beds. We apologize for the inconvenience.

When mailing back item(s), please enclose the packing slip that arrived with the shipment and a brief description of how you would like us to proceed with the credit or exchange.
All store credits do not expire and will be honored on-line. Please keep in mind that we do not refund shipping charges or return shipping charges on purchases.
